Sales and products
We are a supplier of sterile single-use dental instruments which will not be supplied for resale. These products are created to be used by dental professionals and are to be kept away from children and other unauthorised parties. Products are to be used for appropriate dental procedures within a sterile environment. Single Use Dental Instruments are not responsible for any breach of sterility which occurs when the instruments are used inappropriately or outside of a sterile clinical environment. To ensure products remain sterile they should be opened directly prior to use within a sterile environment. Each item can be used once only. Our company is not responsible for any infection or transfer of disease that may occur in circumstances where products have been used more than once.
Pricing and availability
All prices are stated exclusive of the legally applicable tax rates for customers based in their respective regions. Single Use attempts to ensure that prices are consistent across all formats however despite best efforts, items on the website or catalogue may be mispriced. In this circumstance, the price will be verified before the order payment is complete. If a mistake has occurred and the price of a product is higher than the stated price, we will contact you to confirm whether you want to continue the purchase or cancel your order.
Our website does not function as an online store and as such the availability of products are not listed. Products are subject to availability and prevailing market conditions. If any products you request are unavailable Single Use Dental Instruments will try to offer you an alternative product similar to the one you wished to purchase. The substitute product may be a different price to the original product. You do not have to accept the alternative product offered. If you decline a substituted item, with your approval, the original product will be placed on backorder and dispatched once stock becomes available. You will not be charged for this product until it is ready for dispatch.
Initial purchase orders require prepayment before the products will be dispatched. Recurring purchase orders will be invoiced for a 30-day payment term. Payments can be transferred directly into our business account or via credit card. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of products until payments are completed.
If you fail to make payment within the 30-day invoice term, become insolvent, declare bankruptcy or experience an event that has an effect on your business’s financial condition we may, without notice;
(i) charge you interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (or the highest rate permitted by law, if less) on any late payment
(ii) initiate collections against outstanding invoices and engage a third party to manage this process on behalf of Single Use Dental instruments; you may be liable for any fees or charges that a third party may bill for this
