Frequently Asked Questions
No matter how much information you put out there, some questions will always remain. That’s why we have put together a few frequently asked questions to help you understand our convenient approach to dentistry below:
What is Single Use Dental Instruments?
Our goal is to simplify dentistry as you know it. Minimising instrument preparation into one easy step, our single-use instruments will streamline the way you work. Quick, convenient & stress-free, they are improving dental clinics on a daily basis.
Where are you located?
Single Use is currently based in the beautiful Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Although most of our team is based in Sunshine Coast, we do have Sales Representatives located around Australia to meet with you to discuss your dental clinics instrument needs. At this stage, we only sell to Australian and New Zealand based customers.
What products do you sell?
We sell diagnostic, restorative and periodontal instruments which are available for individual purchase or within kits. With the guidance of dental professionals, our instruments have been designed in line with industry standards and our range has evolved to feature kits ideal for every procedure. All our products are CE and TGA certified. You can find and download our product catalogues here.
Are all products already sterilised when delivered?
All instruments are pre-packed and sterile, they arrive ready for use. Removing the need for sterilisation allows you to focus on what’s important; delivering high-quality patient care.
We know running an efficient clinic can be a juggling act. Our instruments will save your team time, taking the stress out of a busy schedule.
We would love to use your dental instruments, but we are located in New Zealand – are you able to ship these over to us?
We sure can! Please email us so we can organise shipping details with you – salesnz@sudinstruments.com
Am I able to receive a sample from you before purchasing?
If you would like to try any of our Single-Use Dental Instruments prior to purchasing, free sterile samples can be requested on our website. Just click on the ‘Request Sample’ located in the bottom right and fill in your details and we will be in touch as soon as we can!
Sounds like an awesome product range, but what about the waste?!
That’s why we have a SMART Waste recovery process program right here in Australia. Our mission is to ensure that our instruments become a single-use, zero waste solution. SMART Waste is a method of waste management that prevents 90% entering landfill, instead turning it into an energy source.
Our SMART Waste Recovery Program enables clinics to dispose of their instrument waste into an allocated sharps container, have it collected, then taken to be processed within a dedicated waste to energy facility.
*Please note that SMART Waste is only available in selected Australian states, please speak to your Account Manager for more information.
What is your policy with returns?
Single Use does not allow for the return of products unless the product is damaged or an error on our part has occurred. Once an on order has been placed, it cannot be returned or refunded if you no longer require it or have ordered the incorrect item. If you deem the product to be damaged, this must be reported to Single Use within 14 days of receiving the item.
